Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation

Initial Evaluations are required for all new patients or for patients that have not been examined or treated for an extended period of time. Initial Evaluations consist of a review of patient history and systems, physical examination, establishing a diagnosis and plan of care, and treatment.

Physical Therapy Session

A regular physical therapy session consists of an initial discussion and exam, treatment, and a discussion concerning exercise plans and a future plan of care.

Tabitha practiced at an out patient clinic that was part of a world-renowned neurological institute from the time she completed her graduate studies until September 2019. This is an outpatient orthopedic setting with a spine centered approach to any joint rehabilitation. The setting also had more time for patients than most related physical therapy settings so it was an ideal choice post graduate studies. Here she had outstanding mentorship that complimented her osteopathic training and personal philosophies. Tabitha earned her degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology from ASU and her doctorate degree in physical therapy from A.T. Still University. Tabitha loves to learn and is committed to regular continuing education opportunities.
